Marie Curie was just following her late husbands work project (and findings), as in chemistry it was just a matter of time, not some ground breakthrough you think it was. This could have been achieved by anyone working with Pierre Curie, like an intern, nothing special, work had been done, only a matter of seeing project through. Curie case is so often used as some fucking "gotcha" when bringing up famous female achievements and yet its ironically the opposite, hence the same people typing Curies name like this :

since they don't know jack shit. If they knew these famous and ground breaking achievement of women you could throw them like a machinegun like Tesla, Einstein, DaVinci etc. because these people made achievements.
