what's your goal, it's hard to say what needs improvement without knowing that. but at least the line thickness hierarchy is off, like how the panties have a thicker line weight than the actual outline of the character. then just general anatomy, most importantly the eyes and face shape are very glaring issues

adding to what the other anon said, don't worry too much about line weight, but try to be intentional, don't overwork it. keep your brush size the same throughout the drawing, let the weight of your hand and the movement of the line guide the pressure. If you really need to make thicker lines just press harder it's really obvious when you go over it again
