My parents always kept me inside and sheltered most of my life, I never got out and socialized, I was homeschooled and never went to public school, and I never even got any friends. I had a poor diet and poor fashion sense because my parents were never strict enough with me to take life more seriously. I was basically raised a boomer, no struggle and overly coddled by liberal progressive parents. It wasn't until these past few years that I actually started attending school in the form of college, started getting out in public, and I even started lifting weights, it feels pretty good. My advice anon? Just get out more, work out, do things that you think are fun and just try to enjoy life. Maybe get a car and take care of it if you like driving and can afford it, it helps give you responsibility and you can have a bond with it, that's what I did. Don't give up anon, you can still make it.
