Tbh adopting the Euro is in fact simply neutral economically. There is no clear pattern regarding inflation or economic growth between countries that adopted it vs those who didn't. It has pros and cons and they usually balance out, so it's more like a political issue than purely economic one.

I'm for switching to the Euro just for convenience with international business or tourism, also it looks to me like eurozone countries have better PR and get reclassified to higher positions in whatever meme rankings just by the virtue of sharing the same currency with holy Germany
