1. Eat less, cut out as much fried food as you can
2. Start with light cardio, like walking and biking + do some light lifting too
3. Do that consistently at least for 3 months, while scaling your loads

Would highly recommend getting gym membership and use the services of a personal trainer, if that's something you can afford

got fooled into some herbalife scam by a cousin, cant say no to a cute girl with big tits. the product herbalife is meh whatever, the diet program they put you on holy fuck its effective. lost 5kg a month for a total off 20kg. obviously regained it all over the years since this.
diet programs are the easy way too loose weight but they also slightly fuck up your metabolism so you get even fatter once you quit the program. you have to follow it for life and thats where most, me included, fail.

Sluta äta all processad mat; grödor, fröoljor, frysta rätter, godis, läsk chips osv

Walk as much as you can and stop drinking anything that isn't milk, water, or tea/coffee.
Even making those simple changes could see you lose 6-9kgs and if you can manage those habits you'll be able to take more extreme measures in weight loss.

If you're retarded and can't calorie count for whatever reason, the fool-proof method is: >>211854416
Pick designated meal times for eating (you can eat as much as you like during your designated meals) and stick to them. Cease all snacking and only eat during your designated times; if you miss a meal time starve/fast. I personally started doing this when I became 30 and lost 13kgs and got rid of the disgusting pot-belly I had been growing.

its not always that simple. most kids dont really care about what they eat nor are they capable or making good descision about it until they are teens, by then the foundation has been laid and if you are fat as a 13 year old you will probably be fat or atleast struggle with it for the rest of your life. to me it resulted in me stopping eating and by 18 ish i was healthy weight, but that had completely fucked up my metabolism. my normal sized dinner is half that of others my age and size. its a common thing among overweight people, we dont eat small or drink pepsi max because we think it will make us loose weight, but because if we ate like normal people we would explode.

You need to eat less and healthier and do cardio.
Not push ups.
You're just gonna hurt your body by doing weight training before you get in better shape.
Start with some lighter dumbbells instead (bicep, shoulder and movement).
But most importantly, diet.
Cut all useless crap. Eat veggies and chicken. Count calories if you need to.
And WALK.
Don't run, gonna blow your knees out in your current shape. Just walk. 30 minutes to an hour. Every day.

t. ex-fat fuck -now 75 kg.

Food addiction.
>bro just stop drinking if you're an alcoholic
Addictions overwhelm the mind with intense cravings and urges. It becomes all they ever think about and they orient or plan their life around it too.
I am addicted to tobacco. It's hard to stop. I get chills, I get tense and I feel upset/irritated. Smoking washes it all away and brings relief.

Obese people have it hard.

While I could live without coffee and I do not see the point of it.

But food, alcohol and tobacco actually create problems.

excercises as push/pull ups are really easy to do intial progress on as long as you go straight for it. its the exhaustion that gives progress, dont go soft into it with angles, kitchen sinks or rubber bands. a starting point can be to do it revesely, if you cant push or pull yourself up, start by slowly lowering yourself down instead. it actually works, your arms should be hurting so much you cant fap for days, then rince and repeat.
but it does nothing for loosing weight.

Thank you for mentioning them. I work as a physio therapist and bands are one of the best tools we have.
From arms, legs, neck to shoulders. It's one of the best tools you can have in your daily health routine. It's pretty much completely harmless and does a ton of good for muscle and joint movement and strength.
But it saddens me to see how many young people and certain "boomers" feel awkward using them and always ask for the heavy weights instead even though it won't do any good.
My tip is always
1. Resistance bands.
2. Body weight training (always start at a comfortable level, even of it's against a kitchen sink as people here have said, if you can't do 20 reps, it won't do any good anyway)
3. Walking. The way nature made us.
4. Swimming. This is the ultimate form of full body strengthening. You get cardio, you get muscle, you get flexible. With zero harm.
5. Standing desk. Might seem pointless but standing for an hour is an exercise in itself compared to sitting. If you do it longer, even better.

working out isn't what makes you lose weight. Diet does
Cut the sugar and processed food, eat like a normal person. You don't need to run 100km everyday and eat egg shells. Just eat less, do intermittent fasting or something, stop snacking and avoid sugary things and pre made meals

Rusta's bands are large and circular.
You don't need to spend 10x the price at your local fitness store for the same quality.

I've seen them used as a support for pull-ups as well. Fastened at the rib and standing in the loop makes it lighter than body weight allowing for different grips targeting other muscles.
I keep mine by the sofa and have fun finding new ways to use them.

Start with cardio ya dingus
Cardio first, then strength training! Especially if you want to lose weight.

Start by walking, drinking a fuck ton of water. If your pee isn't "clear abd copious" you're not hydrated enough.

Work your way up with walking to an hour a day.
Then run the first block. Once you've got that down (you don't feel like your heart is going to explode, you no longer dread that first part) add another block. Do this until you can run for half or three-quarters of an hour.
Then go for times. Write each time down, try to get a new best every day. You'll have stagnant periods where you cannot get above a time for days or even weeks... do not fret, the new personal best is near. After that grind you will finally smash your old time -- often by a big margain.

>t. been in and out of shape several times
I'm about to run right now actually
Remember: start small; it's about the discipline of doing it, period. And drink lots of water!

Should add: it doesn't have to be an hour you can do more or less. I would not go below half an hour, though.

It sucks at first, but after 2-3 weeks you will paradoxically have more energy than you ever had.

bands are good for motion practice but shit for strenght. you only push or pull the band as far as its comfortable and you feel its a good excercise but really it isnt. with weights you either lift it or not and its easier to push yourself this way.
mom is pretty stiff and goes to the gym every week, but refuses to do excercises that get her stiff and sore then complains how the gym doesnt work, she is the typical band user. and me telling her she needs to get fucked up every session leaves her fumbled?
>but i dont want to get fucked up?
exactly, thats why you do it at the gym so you dont get fucked up in real life. if you lift 100kg at the gym and it hurts, the 50kg you lift at home wont feel so bad. you dont get to this point by lifting 40kg (thats actually 30kg) in a soft and controlled matter.

Anon is obese, way out of shape and hurting from a few push ups.
For him, bands are one of the best things he can start with.
No gym, no weights. Just bands, diet and cardio.
That is all he needs.
He's not aiming for big gains and dead lifting 300kg. He wants to lose weight.

Ok and?
OP wants to lose his fat. Not become Hafþór.
LOSE WEIGHT. NOT DIE FROM CARDIAC ARREST AT 40. He needs cardio, dieting and daily exercise.

Why do you /fit/ fags ALWAYS bring up useless shit? He does not need weight lifting, he does not need anything except lose weight right now.
Maybe in the future when he's lost 15-20kg in weight, he can start focusing on tone and muscle but right now he needs to drop the kgs, nothing else.
