what is it called in your dialect?

In my it's called a traffic circle or rotary. Never roundabout.

I drive very aggressive through them to maintain my angular momentum

Officially in papers something like кpyгoвoe движeниe (the movement by a circle) or пepeкpёcтoк c кpyгoвым движeнeм (the crossroads with the movement by a circle).
But in casual it's just кoльцo (a ring) or кpyг (a circle).

I always make sure to drive more carefully and not be a nuisance whenever I see a driver's ed car around me. You'd think everyone would be that helpful to those kids considering how annoying it is to pass those exams but naw, people are selfish as fuck
