Ahh, just in time for the new threadingtons. Lush. Got up early and went for a trekkie brekkie me. Got that full English didn't I. Had a nice stroll over that new footbridge as well as it opened today for the women's rugby world cup thing at the SOL. Probably one of the first few hundred people to ever walk across it. Oh aye it historic. Having a wuppa now and catching up on news/shitposting for a bit until I go wooty training later.

Voluntary work went well today. Cleared some weeds/overgrown grass around a small bridge in the local park then cleared another downed tree which was partially blocking the public path. One of the lads who works for them full-time said he'll let me know if any jobs become available at their place in the future. Honestly, I might consider it. The work is all outdoors and the lads are easy to get on with. For now though, I'll just keep up the volunteering, don't want to rush into anything too soon. Having a post-work wuppa nows.

Should I fight if someone tries to mess with me or it's better to avoid conflict? I'm like 160cm and 50kg so I can easily get some broken ribs or even worse if I fight. Situations where I have no other choice but to fight don't count.

Yeah, I was speaking to me social worker today and we both agreed something has to change. Can't just keep getting wissed up and doing me wollocks in out of boredom. One day all this drinking is garn catch up with me and I could be spending me money on better stuff. Gets me away from the hangers on and pint pinchers too. The voluntary work will be good for my mental health and give me a reason to get up and do something productive with my day.
