Not how it works, lad. GDP per capita is dropping, which means currently the economy is zero sum game - everyone is competing against everyone else for an increasingly smaller piece of the whole pie. But if I lose it I lose every cert I've got from them in the last ten years. Working in a call centre is fine as long as you're working with good people, and people tend to be pretty good in a call centre. Everyone is kind of in it together so there's a bit of bonding there.

You would have a target for adherence, so if you are away from your desk for more that 3% of the day then you have to explain yourself. Might lose your bonus if you do it too much, can be used to stop you passing probation etc.
