>Diet - I eat roughly 1800-2000 calories. For protein, I eat 4 boiled eggs, two Amul Protein Lassi, One Whey Scoop, and rest is from veg home food like roti, subzi, daal, chawal.
I don't track calories most of the days. I just track weekly average weight and increase or decrease portion depending upon the change.
Workout Split - 5 days Upper Lower Push Pull Legs 6 exercises with 3 sets of each with 8-15 reps in each session
