Assumed I'd pay a typical rent it would be around 25% of my income. But as my mom owns the place I only pay for maintenance charge so it's more like 9%.
Although when I was unemployed we contracted the rent higher to get more neetbux and other gibs.

That's my life goal, already purchased a piece of land for the use case. Planning on starting with a trailer or a "site cabin" or something like that.
Although finnish authorities are pissy when someone starts living on those, my land area is designated as leisure use or whatever the correct english term is.
