I have lived in Barcelona and the retards spraying others with water guns are just leftards using tourists as a scape goat for the housing prices, tourism wasn't that much of a problem

The problem are illegal and unskilled inmigrants, specially the ones that live in their own enclosed communities.
When I was there I went to a literal pakistani neighbourhood where you would only see pakis and halal food shops. Most of them barely spoke spanish, I only heard urdu or whatever the hell they were speaking. Those are the people that should be sprayed and kicked out but of course the average limpdick catalan leftie would never do that.

This isn't the 90s some cities have a few units but for the most part the issue with real estate is the same as in the rest of the world, it's a speculative asset that only gains value as time goes on and the supply of it has fallen out the window since the 2008 crash, so most housing units are old and the market is so cornered by investment firms and old ppl that buying into it is basically impossible for the avarage person, so we're forced to rent, and renting in Spain is hell.

There are whole neighbourhoods full of unwanted inmigrants that contribute nothing to the spanish economy and who don't even integrate, and you know which type of inmigrant I'm talking about. Barcelona is basically surrounded by mountains, there's almost no more space.
