I bought my studio apartment in Fagersta for $4k and the monthly cost (everything included) is $200. How much does a studio apartment cost in your city?
>>212111638 (OP) I bought my house for $400k and have to pay $15k in property taxes each year and thousands in utilities and insurance. I am constantly broke, I need a woman with a job to take over a couple of bills.
>>212111638 (OP) >monthly cost 200$ >yearly cost 15k$ wtf what's the point of buying a house or an apartment if you still have to pay for it constantly
>>212115144 oh no I'm not from fagersta I just thought the scenario of all /int/friends buying a fantastically cheap shitty apartment in the same swedish apartment block would be funny
>>212111638 (OP) just to get it clear, did you buy the apartment or the right to live in the apartment? there is a slight difference there. i just sold mine, a true owned apartment no living-right shit but actual ownership, for 250k €
Very expensive since I live in homocity (Helsinki) will move out of here to live practically for free in a small town after I finish my studies. Even the cheaper ones here cost about 120 k.
When I move to the countryside I can get a log house with a beach for less
This is how we roll in Fagersta https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSBHshhDZwM

>>212115486 guessed so, we got these here as well but somehow they have come to cost just as much as owned apartments. i havent found stats of it but its not as common as in sweden. old houses are usually ownership, so are new builds unless its a "borettslag" that builds it. for a developer its just better to sell the units on the open market and get the cash straight away.
