Why does it look like this? Who chose these colors? This doesn’t look like the flag of a Baltic nation at all, it looks like it should be in Africa or South America. At most some Balkan shithole. All of the surrounding countries got it right. Estonia, Finland, Latvia, all of their flags look appropriately dreary and cold. Why does Lithuania have this hideous fruit salad flag?

>African countries stole it
Lithuania brought it with them when they colonized Africa. It was going great until Jakob, with his megacephaly, decided to divide the African born sons of Lithuania in a misguided attempt to conquer Estonia and Latvia. Dude flat out told them he created white people while spewing bullshit like "Tricknology". The aboriginal Lithuanians misunderstood Jakob's garbled babbling, and invited their white cousins in Latvia and Estonia to sit on the throne of Lithuania for 6 millennia.
Moral of the story: Lithuanians are gullable.

I forget the name of the company, but we did have a really eco-friendly sounding energy conglomerate selling all kinds of shit to the third world to sweeten the deal on CANDU reactors (which from - I think - rev2 or 3 onward can be made to enrich fissile materials while producing energy). We were basically in the process of handing Iran a twelve step program to the Tsar Bomba before someone got a slap on the wrist.
Nothing ever really changes here, so the company probably still exists.

Russia has trained engineers and can create spare parts itself. Not exactly sure Lithuania had the same capabilities.

Also, im not saying the problem existed objectively, but it was a problem from EU's point of view. You didn't have to close down the whole power plant, just to switch to different type of reactors yet you decided to launch the - pun intended - nuclear option and phase it out completely.

Lithuanian GDP is fake
it's just not possible that a sparsely populated country in eastern Europe next to Russia with an economy based on growing parsley and rye can be THAT rich

Well, yeah, you guys went off start Africa, slowly made your way into the Fertile Crescent, hit Northeastern Anatolia and Greece right around the time Jakob started his bullshit. From Troy, you guys went into Rome, start inbreeding with the locals, had a spot of trouble in and around Hispania where you weren't sure who was newschool pale Lithuanian and who was oldschool pale Lithuanian, and that kept going for a few hundred years...
Jakey really shit the bed. You guys should have just kept poking him in his soft skull.
