I got testicular torsion right before I wrote a midterm. I speedrunned because I didn't want to make a scene by telling a proctor. Thankfully it was like all multiple choice, and I was the first one to finish by far and I booked it to the hospital right after
The Universe is a big domino chain and every single event is vital to G*d's plan. If you didn't have testicular torsion then it wouldn't make the next domino fall and lead to G*d's ultimate plan. As a mere human you can't know for sure that your testicular torsion wasn't pivotal to G*d's ultimate plan.

It's not about the angle, some people just have a tunica vaginalis that extends too superiorly in the scrotum so your testicle can flop and roll around until one day it just rolls in a circle and ties itself there

I once read the testimony of a guy who was born with very long ‘threads’ on his testicles, which caused them to constantly twist and had to be manually adjusted to stop the pain. This could happen at any time. It's very easy to lose them if you don't do anything about it.
