I bought a pizza stone and now I eat homemade pizza almost every day.
I have even learned how to shape a pizza just like the italians do it.
This will be the death of me.

This. I make pizza once a week, I like it but more than that would be boring.
Really good pizza is actually difficult to make, but you can still reach decent levels if you learn it well.

Not true. Even with cheese the quantity is up to you, don't blame pizza for that.
