All of those sentences are fine, but the first one sounds most natural to me.
I usually make a sentence in order of the words like:

Yes, all of them are correct. Those three usually mean the same thing,
>(a)"He always studies at the library,"
but there is still some ambiguity.

Sentences 1 and 2 could also mean
>(b)"The place where he studies is always the library."
Sentence 3 could also mean
>(c)"He does not do anything other than studying at the library."
To remove the ambiguity, you can say
>彼が勉強するのはいつも図書館だ。
for (b) and
>彼は図書館では勉強だけをする or 彼が図書館でするのは勉強だけだ。
for (c).

This may be a touchy subject and a weird question, but how many countries that sided with the Allies during WW2 celebrate the victory day in grand style on a yearly basis?
I already know Russia and the PRC hold a military parade every year in celebration of the victory over the Axis Powers, but what about the rest (I mean, the US / the UK / France / Canada / Australia / New Zealand and so on)?
Don't get the wrong idea, I'm just asking this for the hell of it, so there's no deep meaning behind this.

We were occuppied by Germany in WW2 and we don't even get a day off on our liberation day from nazi germany.
I think military parades are weird and dictators seem to be really into them for some reason. Probably makes you vulnerable to attacks during a parade too since half the military is busy dancing and driving planes like cars. Seems like ideal attack timing, wipe out military in one swoop with one fat bomb.

>>213599224
I don't even see how it would speed things up for you when everything is already so streamlined. Just find a guide to the basics of kana+kanji+grammar and then continue on with something like kaishi for core vocab and dojg for grammar and mine your own words in anki while reading manga and watching slice of life anime. It will be difficult, it will get easier. Then you up the difficulty.

I'm curious, are there any idioms that English speakers find kind of strange?
In Japanese, for example
>負けず嫌い
refers to those who particularly dislike losing or such a trait they have, despite it literally saying "not to lose + to dislike". There is even a word
>負け嫌い,
which means the same thing and very straightforward, but for some strange reason 負けず嫌い seems to be more or less preferred in general.

Why should we? Poland de facto lost the war (while winning de iure). Ther was nothing great about the end of the war except a brief respite, we just changed one occupation to another. The last Polish soldier fighting (well, maybe the word is too big, but you get the idea, he resisted till the end) in WWII died in 1963.

Thank you for answering my silly question, anons.
Apparently, only authoritarian countries would celebrate WW2 victory with military parades in grand style (probably for the purpose of enhancing national prestige).

>I don't really think about WW2 cause that was like long before my time
Yeah, even in Japan, nobody but some cares about WW2 any longer.
Of course, neither do I.

Now that 80 years have gone by since two atomic bombs were dropped on Japan and the radio broadcast of surrender by the Emperor Showa (who goes by "Hirohito" outside Japan), a lot of TV channels report on how tragic, terrible, and brutal the war was to prevent the memories of the victims to fade away.
I'm not going to lie, I feel bad for all people affected by the war and burnt to death by the two nukes, but I think we should move forward already.
