In my state, people are so retarded that they drive 5-10 mph UNDER the limit on the highway even when no one is obstructing them. They even do this in the passing lanes.
If you drive under the speed limit on a highway or interstate outside of the right lane you should be shot in the head.

I drive a 1964 Opel Rekord Caravan (wagon, 60hp).
It's not happy at all at 110 km/h so I usually stay around 85-90 km/h and if it's a low traffic day I creep down to 75 km/h.
Such is old car life.
