We aren't. The base case forecast is GDP grows by 1% the rest of the year or GDP declines the rest of the year of tarriffs increase more

We lost 40,000 jobs over an month, which to be fair was on forecast with expectations. USA gained 73,000 jobs but were forecated to gain 251,000 jobs. Making 30% of your target isnt that great and then your president who didnt like the numbers claimed they were fake.
It is so embrassing to see Republicans stand by trump. These past two years under Biden America was created for their resilient economy while the rest of the world was in contraction. Now the current American economy is a joke with mass layoffs across major industries. Between nuking your own economy, to increased race riots with Mexicans because of ice raids.
