Uhh, all that oil right down the drain? Man, at least try to flush it with hot water for like 5 minutes straight or longer. Best if you never do that to begin with.

Fr, if you got a deep fry or even just a fry basket, you can reuse the oil at least 5 times as long as you only fry chips, and then you can pour it into your old diesel engines for even more profit.

I've never liked the idea of deepfrying. It seems like such a waste of a huge amount of oil. I enjoy deepfried foods when I eat out but I will never make it myself.

Pretty much. I bought a deep fryer years ago, used it once or twice and it gathers dust since then. Oil management is a hassle.

Have you tried with real potatoes and instead of frying them like mcdonalds put less oil and stir them around every now and then? Much much tastier.
