Yeah, for me it basically feels like life started at 30. I'm 35 now and I'm peaking in every domain in life.
Sharper than ever, finishing a second degree, getting a better job, more money for less hours, more free time to do whatever I want.
A lot of that time is doing brain training, things like N-back task, learning a random language on Rosetta stone, playing intense multitasking strategy games like Supreme Commander:Forged Alliance that will make your brain BURN. Basically still learning as much as I would if I hadn't just finished my degree, expanding my knowledge all the time
Shaolin kung fu, better than ever. 3 minutes of horse stance followed by 45kg slow squats, six mornings a week. Forms, qi gong, punches and kicks straight after. My strength and endurance have never been better, my balance, my bodily control, the force of my kicks, the fluidity of my movements and the sharpness of my thrusts. I have come to LOVE the pain of the horse stance and I look forward to the experience of enduring it, while breathing as slowly and as calmly as possible.

Bouldering, better than ever. There is no feeling like completely DESTROYING yourself on the wall, climbing until you literally fall off. Every other workout, you give in to muscular fatigue, pain, overall lack of energy at one point. With bouldering, if you go hard enough, your brain can't tell the difference between being in a safe space inside, and whether you are running away from a leopard climbing up a tree. All you have to do is look up, your body will just automatically try to get there, no matter what. Unreal shit.
Got a 21 year old gf who can't even come close to keeping up with me in bed and just keeps coming back for more. Super fit, used to be a pro athlete, loves climbing and taking long walks.
Never in my dreams could I have imagined living like this in my 20s.
