Listen to me bruddah, you are finna get purists who say anything other that only bechamel is acceptable. You will find iconoclast who insist ricotta is superior. The true SOVL of lasagna lies in using both. Just remember to reduce your bolognese as much as possible, to properly drain your ricotta, and to LET IT FUCKING REST AFTER YOU PULL IT FROM THE OVEN. Frfr ong no cap after you remove it from the oven let it sit covered on the stovetop or counter for half an hour. When it is hot the fat it fluid and the juices are loose so you will end up with a sloppy mess if you try to eat it right away. Letting it cool gives the fats a chance to thicken, and the noodles will absorb the excess juices. This gives you nice clean layers and makes the pasta more enjoyable.

It's your life and you can do what you want, but if you don't mind me saying it, I think it's a good idea to stave off psychotic episodes as much as you can. I know meds can have unpleasant side effects as well, but each psychotic episode does a lot of damage to your brain and your ability to function. I don't know you or the particulars of your condition but if you're lucid enough to realize that there are also benefits to medication, I'd recommend you take them. I've some working experience with psychotic people (mainly schizophrenics), and past a certain treshold, treatment becomes very, very difficult. Either because they lose insight into their own condition (and offering treatment or trying to persuade them to try is perceived as hostile, because why should they take meds when they aren't sick), or they lose so much functioning that things like keeping simple appointments, remembering to take meds, or doing their assignments given to learn how to manage their condition becomes very difficult, if not impossible without help from people close to them.

Like I said, I don't know you or your condition, I'm just saying if you don't manage your psychosis it could have an negative impact the creative endeavours that your psychotic episodes inspire.

It almost feels like the average user her (and of the Internet) is either a hardcore brown right-winger that is gonna go full 1488 or a degenerate on the left. A special type of degen where it's a mix of furfags, weebs/cunny posters, and unironic trannies who police any bit of fun you could have that isn't what they define as fun. Like somehow their Discords groomed them to think "GUYS THE JOKE IS PORN!" works everywhere and if you don't agree the target you. I have gotten bans because of calling this exact degen shit out.

These threads and /mig/ are the only time I ever have fun posting/engage in some kind of conversation. This place used to be to escape the confines of normalfag social etiquette but has now developed it's own, lesser form that just sucks. Even these threads on Saturday get no engagement any more as if to prove everything I said.

Silo is better than I thought it'd be. No idea how it compares to the books. First season I really liked, good twists and interesting world building (not great but good). Second season has felt a lot slower. Less is happening, everything is unfolding at a much slower pace. The tension is high because of what is happening but it's taking the whole season for it to actually play out.
It's a similar vibe to snow piercer but way, WAY better.

I really love Half-Life and the concept of Control/SCP style facilities full of forbidden physics breaking anomalies. Combine that with survival crafting that makes sense for the setting (you're a very eccentric scientist trying to survive in pure chaos with no direction from the higher ups so you can build anything you want) and you've got a game that appeals to me A LOT.

Most survival crafting games are shitty, have bad level design or are procedurally generated. AF has good level design and progression and the crafting is explained by the wacky mad science backstory for the setting. It's not hard to understand.

Original guy you asked here: It's Half Life with crafting. That's pretty neat and in todays shitty market it's a cool idea. No it's not unique, but the combination was enough for me to enjoy and I'm pretty hard to please usually, preferring older games. Blood Meridian is my favorite book of all time, I keep rereading it. I read Outer Dark after that and loved it, similar style of living in a different time.

The Road is written much simpler. You won't be rereading a page and soaking up the prose. It is bleak and straight forward, and I really enjoy it. I just love post apocalyptic stuff. However the writing itself is nothing groundbreaking.

I honestly don't have any problems with the remake except they made Angela ugly and EVERYONE'S VOICE ACTORS ARE SHIT except for James, his was phenomenal. Oh, and the scene with Maria behind the bars. Gone is the lighting effect that made her look eerie and it now has completely flat delivery of her lines. (James, honey. Did something happen to you?) Other than all that... 7.9/10 game.

It took some figuring but she ended up being very doable. Also my only defense against my friend (he was really good at fighters in general). He hater her move set which was why i had to master her. Not so bad. I went on an unsuccessful date with a great woman on Thursday and didn't really feel down after the whole thing. My diet has decent variety, different meats and vegetables, though I could probably stand a bit more fruit.
And I get a decent amount of sun during the workday, and a bit more besides on my days off.
