There are no "gipsy neighbourhoods" here, they're still pretty much nomads and always on the road. Admirable that they sedentarised in the US, but in Europe they keep on travelling, stealing shit and sometimes comitting serious crimes.

I grew up near a gypsy neighborhood. Gypsy children were given knives by older gypsies and were instructed to go and rob other children. When people would report crime on occasion the police would come and conduct raids in their area and they would just grab anybody that looked like they did the crime and literally just beat the shit out of them, they wouldn't even try and investigate or send them to trial. Starting in 2000s the gypsies mass emigrated and the area is now a weird place where you see expensive cars parked but there's nobody in the streets anymore.
