In my company and most I've worked you're not really allowed to take more than two weeks off in a row, you can push for it and they'll allow it but it's something they're generally against
Feel like a good reason for this was the one time someone got a whole month off and they just spent it looking for a new job and sent a resignation the moment their holiday ended
