Had this happen to me with the lambda caches in HL2, I remember having to dig around in the files to find out which one I missed. I hate when games have collectables, they feel like a waste of time but I have to collect them because the thought I missed one is super annoying to me for some reason.

Happened to me with the agility orbs in Crackdown, I only missed like 3 and it’s fucking gay that I couldn’t find them.
