For me it was both daddy and mommy and grandparent issues that caused right. BPD schreeching mother, subhuman psycho father(?), chud control freak grandparents. It started subsiding when I cut off grandparents and I realized i need to cut parents off as well.

Left happened cause I was always kinda like this and told I look like a girl and girls wanted to see me dressed in their clothes. I didnt mind left part at all and it was not issues that caused it, in fact Im pretty sure I have less issues because it happened, I believe others go to the surgeon because this part of them gets supressed and they have an extreme reaction.
