It was half liquer store owner and half scam call center guy. Now people are just exposed to them on and off the internet more and this is the result.
I do think it's funny though as it does expose how white collar liberals are just as racist but they needed a priveleged group with values that run opposite their own to finally let it out.

Because 15+ years ago they weren't any more common than any other immigrant group, but starting around 2020 every first world country for some reason decided they NEEDED to import shitloads of them. Indian immigrants went from a select group who wanted to escape India, to every single Indian and his extended family coming over and bringing India over with them.

On top of that, Indians are rapidly gaining internet access and flooding every website with their sheer numbers, so when you go online to complain about the sudden appearance of Indian slumlords taking over your neighborhood or Indian managers firing all your coworkers and replacing them with Indians on visas, you're immediately attacked by Indians overseas who don't understand why you're upset because they're exactly the type of Indian who gives India a bad name.

In my experience, many of the Indians in India are actually sort of sympathetic to westerners. If they or their family has no opportunity to make it to the west, they really have no reason to brag about being CEO saar.

Plus the diaspora ones often act like a superior caste to the mainland ones.

There are multiple reasons.
- They don't assimilate; the reason is they really think white/Western culture is inferior. They are there for economic reasons.
- They are a model minority: rich, low crime rate, etc. This clashes with the worldview of whites who see other browns like Mexican and Arab immigrants doing construction and opening ethnic restaurants.
- It increased after Indians became a little stronger geopolitically. Like When India refused to sanction Russia and stood against the whole West, then moon landing, etc., this makes whites seethe that browns are standing against them and challenging their dominance. Whites thought only they can do these things; Japan faced similar racism when they challenged whites in the 1980s; China faced this too in 2013-19.
When something challenges your worldview, you try to resist it.
- The whole world is against us one way or another.
- Hinduism is the only ancient religion that didn't convert and resisted the Jewish cults (Islam and Christianity), so radical Muslims and Christians have reason to hate us.
- Every post on social media against us gets boosted by Pakis and Bangladeshis because they already feel inferior to us in the subcontinent, and when Western chuds post racist posts about India, they think if they join the chuds they can take revenge and think they are different.
- other coloroids join in with whites
- Chinese hate us because of state propaganda and border issues.
- Indian support of Israelis is just because they have the same history as us: two-state solution; the other state is Muslim radicals who do terrorism.
When any state fucks up terrorists, it's common to cheer for them from our perspective; the whole world was looking dumb for cheering for Hamas. Then I understand: Western right supports Hamas because they hate Jews, and Western left supports them because they hate Israeli colonization
