I grew up vaguely religious/Christian, sort of fell out of it for a while and then came back to the faith with very different views and beliefs.

I still believe, I think it's because my parents had a pretty relaxed approach it. I could basically do what I want and go out when I wanted if I attended Sunday mass and catechism on Monday's. I ended up meeting some interesting people in catechism so it wasn't that bad.
