Brother I don't know how to tell you this. If you're plugged on USB you can only draw the amount of power the USB standard can provide. That would be at most 15W at 5V, any more and your cable would literally turn into a fire hazard. You simply can't run a laptop on 15W, only low speca CPUs such as ones found on notebooks get anywhere close to that power draw. Maybe you can charge it but you can't run it and charge it at the same time. At best you're slightly extending the battery life, if that depending on the battery controller.
