There is a specific plugin for Blender to get it to export in the right format for PES.

For PES you need specific formats like .fmdl or .model ones but generally these are all just converted from MMD models in Blender like this Cirno one for example: https://3d.nicovideo.jp/works/td73777

It takes a few hours of work and a bit of knowledge how to handle them, sort the textures out and scale them properly but they're easy to use as bases. You can use other formats or custom build models but that's more difficult and takes a lot of time or knowledge.
