On top of this the j1k test has a lot of returning questions so it is theorically possible to learn a small subset (most common) of all words that ever came up in j1k to have a passing grade. I've been making anki cards based on a book that has already done that analysis and it's going well. Ater a few months I'm already able to pass the j1k level of the switch game and I'm only at around 1/3 of the material.
