Meh, nowadays with social media you get that same sort of connection with gradols as you do any other kind of idol. I agree that actual musicians are more rewarding to support for all of the reasons everyone already knows, but even someone who only does bikini modeling can talk about her struggles, insecurities, fears and joys online. I think talent agencies recognize that this creates more ardent otaku and makes the job more rewarding for their girls, either way it's nice to not know these models by just their bylines.
