Taking multiple drone hits to visually confirm destruction =/= survival.
Survival would mean the vehicle went to the front, did it's job, turned back around and returned home under its own power.

Well, the enemy started off going for a quick victorious war and has now somehow reached a state of terrible grinding struggle that may yet result in its collapse.
And frankly, that may still happen even if this ends with concessions. Their economy is fucked.

I might almost call it a victory if the mighty enemy cripples itself for life trying to defeat you.

It looks like an AK-630, a 6-barrel 30 mm naval CIWS. The Kashtan uses a similar gun, I think.
Suppose it makes sense to find some use for the things since their navy is fucking useless.

This baffles me; without stabilization or sensors it has to be manually aimed. Although it is designed for that possibility there are far better options than taking PD guns from ships since the range will be dramatically limited.

There is no way they will be able to use the guns full range, why not ZU-4s or the field battery version of the Nork 14.5mm Gatling gun? Those are alot cheaper and might actually hit something.
