I'll throw my comped 92 in here. I should really take a better pic of it. The action on this thing is so smooth I accidentally cycled the slide trying to do a press check last night with the hammer down, it's kinda nutty.

Daily Ben Stoeger update
>Ben has been shooting the Staccato HD 4.0
>Extremely unimpressed, he acts like he's shooting it out of duty, zero joy
>The safety feels awkward to actuate and isn't as smooth as other 2011s, including the Staccato P. There are also hotspots.
>Staccato has already reshaped the grip and are on a second generation of HDs
>This is weird because it's admitting that it's a huge problem, widespread enough to change it
>Did no one at Staccato hold and operate the gun before entering full scale production? What the everloving fuck?
>From the moment Ben held it he knew the gun felt awkward and had hot spots but thought it was a skill issue and with training he'd get used to it but he's fired thousands of rounds and it's still shitty
>Has already ordered gen 2 4.5 to see if the softer recoil impulse and reshaped grip will make him feel alive again
>If you like Glock mags in your 2011 just get a Platypus
The HD seems like a piece of shit

You can call me overly optimistic, and yeah probably fair. But I still choose to be mildly hopeful that, even without full HPA passage, stamp prices going to $0 combined with the speed eforms happen at now might cause SiCo to revive to Maxim 9 with the 3rd gen trigger upgrades and perhaps an updated full 3D print suppressor part with improved performance there too. Or somebody else to throw their hat in. Even more, I hope somebody does a 380 version that gets into true reasonable (if not ultra compact) CCW territory, ie, 7" or less OAL. For 380 that should be roughly doable even without usage of wipes using an asymmetric can, though wipes could be an option as well.

But for now just a revived improved M9 would be nice. I was real bummed when it died and the price went into stupid collector territory right away.

Because the electronic ones have a NRR of like 23dB which is garbage, you retard. Wearing those and assuming they take 23dB off the peak of intensity you are still above the threshold of pain and/or instant hearing damage if you're shooting a rifle or shotgun with them on.You basically have to double up with ear plugs in all situations with those things which makes them basically useless. I use Mack's Maximum Protection, NRR 30dB. They are often fine alone outdoors, and indoors I still use a set of ear plugs beneath them without exception.

Really its more an ammo choice. If you want to punch through glass and sheet metal, plastic ect then just get heavy end for caliber fmjs, hardcast and the like. Then go find an old car door or that friend everyone has who has a driveway or lawn that's basically a junkyard and take a few shots. .40 will do the trick. 45 will. 10mm will. Fuck expanding bullets if you know you want total penetration on barriers.

Car guns, IE a gun you keep in your car permanently tend to be bad, idiotic ideas, because if you needed a gun in that area itโ€™s probably going to be stolen in a car prowl before you get to use it

If itโ€™s that bad, install a holster in your car and transfer your edc to the car holster

I disagree, unless you're the type of person who lives in absolute niggerville, and also doesn't lock his car. Now, I do live in niggerville, but no one has ever fucked with any of my vehicles.

>but Tyrone will pick the car lock with his BBC and steal the handgun
If the SPEDS on this thread had more than 90 iq, they might know the old-school art of trapping, where the Chad creates a secret compartment in his car.

>but not all cars are capable of this
Obviously, sped. That's why you have to select your car carefully. One good example of a vehicle that's easy to trap out is a RAM truck.

>but it won't fool the cops, nor a high IQ Mexican/Spaniard
That's why your car gun should be something you're not too concerned about losing

>but it'll take me too long to draw my car gun from the trap spot
That means you're a bad engineer

I want to get a px4 compact. Help me to understand some differences.

Compact carry 2 vs a Langdon model.

Is the trigger good enough on the Compact carry 2? I do want it to have a red dot eventually, is it better to just spend the money up front to get the full on Langdon model? Is the TJIAB worth it in the compact carry 2 model?

I can find the compact carry 2 for $819.
The Langdon model is $1,500.

If I get the compact carry 2 and the trigger is good enough, I can pay ~$350 for a red dot cut. Seems like the better deal. I think the TJIAB is $240.

Huge advantage is that the compact very can be picked up locally.

the langdon model is ALWAYS a jew scam, however it technically is the best version.
It's really a matter of convenience and Langdon knows it.

If you want a red dot, buying a Compact carry 2 and then sending it to langdon might be cheaper but you still pay in time, as their lead time is 6 weeks and the price is 304, making it basically the same thing.

If you just want a good gun you can just buy a normal ass compact and source your own safety levers, buy a langdon trigger bar, and then just pay some guy to cerakote it sniper gray, fuck the meme bobbed hammer. Langdon doesnt even offer NP3 coating on a px4 so their "trigger job" is a fucking mystery other than the 80 dollar trigger bar.

Compact Carry 2 is the collaboration gun with Langdon, it lacks the trigger job but feature wise has everything the base langdon model has. The TJIAB is worth it if it was a base PX4, the trigger bar is like 60% of what it is. But if you want the best then get the TJIAB.

On one of my PX4s I was able to get the trigger pull down to 4.5 DA and 1.8 pounds SA.

Last time I got an optic cut from Langdon it was 3 weeks and that was for 2 slides at once. I wonder what the wait times are now.

As I understand, it's based off the Beretta Competition trigger group which is chromed or something that's a smoother pull than stock, Langdon performs the trigger job on that. For a while the Competition trigger groups weren't in stock so he did it on basic units but now they're back. If you order a gun from Langdon the option for a full NP3 coating is there, so NP3 trigger bar, trigger group, cam block etc.

That's why I prefer FMJ. You can actually take out a car with FMJ. Most modern pieces of shit can be taken out by only a few shots to the engine compartment. The bullet can hit a fuel rail, the power steering fluid, the serpentine belt, any plastic housing like thermostat housing, the fuse box, or any number of things. Even if the motor internals are fine, the vehicle still wont get far. The real question is whether you can shoot while driving.

That's a valid strategy. No one wants to steal from a shitbox. Remember what Saul Goodman said?
"The only way this car is worth $500 is if there's a $300 hooker sitting in the back"
That being said, clean out those fast food boxes anon. If you're gonna go for the shitbox build, I think you should have utilitarian items in there like oil, a jumper pack, extra clothes, a tire pump, etc. Not necessarily junk, but items that can be useful on the road. They also serve as a decoy, because a dumb thief will probably just make off with the consolation prize instead of locating your firearm.

That's an awesome suggestion and I will do that in the future but, I just impulsively bought picrel.

Landon everything, holsters included, RMR 3.25 included, $1,400 used. It'll be closer to $1,600 when I get it but it had the cut barrel crown and everything ready to go. Gonna have to sell a few guns to recover, but I think it's going to be well worth it.

It's true. You won't get absolute peak sound reduction for 9mm with a 45 suppressor, but it'll still work fairly well if you care about that sort of thing.

It's why I got a 30 caliber rifle suppressor even though I mainly use it on 5.56.

Deserved hard. Did you know you can tighten or loosen a spring by hand? Also i guess light primer strikes are more of an issue with certain ammo. So you should be good once you find ammo you like.

>if I keep everything stock, I never have to git gud with tools
The point of mods isn't resale value, it's personal utility. Everyone knows that mods detract from resale value, mostly due to Jewish OEM's advertising that their parts can't be beat. Now, as far as a house, you're wrong. If you "modify" your house with a patio, a pool, a jacuzzi, or a shed, the value increases. But we aren't talking about houses, we're talking about soulbound weapons here.

>but you might break your gun!
This isn't a problem if you're not a pussy. Anons here are so afraid to take risks that they unironically go outside. They're proud of it too, because if all you do is sit inside all day, nothing will happen to you. No need to level up any skills whatsoever.

lmao talon grips/handleitgrips are such a scam
a sheet of this is $8 and that's if you don't buy in bulk. My measurements would make about ten of these. Handleitgrips sells for $15, talon $20. Shit the last handleitgrips I bought had skate tape branding on the back, oops!

You don't want it on the back of the grip for competition anyways since you might need to slide your hand up on the draw, and having it any higher than the mag button or making "touch pads" by the takedown lever is a meme. Maybe I have to start undercutting them. I would just need to invest in cutting tools a little more precise than scissors and shaky hands. I'm sure a punch tool/cookie cutter tool can be made or exists already for not that much money. Talon grips could probably be a one man shop, with a punch tool you could probably work one hour a day and make 500 of them to keep up with demand lmao

Goon tape is a meme too. I tried every hockey tape brand extensively and it's identical to the renfrew 1.5". I use that on my carry guns. Goon tape aka renfrew is the best for moisture wicking out of all the hockey tapes

I got a Glock with an rmr that gets the same size groups at 25. what would any of that prove? it doesn't show the stock-ness of those weapons or the thought prices behind their purchase. if any of then had issues so glaringly bad that i felt like i had to replace parts on them, i would have just purchased someone better suited to my needs. I hear this sky at my range all the time. people but Glocks because they are reliable and built like tanks. "oh, but they also have this huge aftermarket!" then they take their brand new Glock, replace ask the parts with aftermarket shit, and then, like fucking magic, the amazingly reliable gun turns into an unreliable piece of shit that jams every other round. and the people that do this doing shit never, not once, blame the stupid shit they added, it's always "omg modern qc is shit" or something along those lines.

I'm pro gun rights, sped. As a mafioso, I'm against the rule of law in terms of principle. I also don't believe you need to ask for basic rights, when you can and should just take them. That being said, MAGAtards are retards through and through. They hate Mexicans but love Israelis. What an odd dissonance. Also, I'd like to remind you that the 'gun rights' debate is quickly receding into the past as the age of 3D printing unfolds before us. Take Luigi the Demon Jew Slayer and his 3D printed ghost gun for example. With his mighty Glock, he vanquished the villain just as hard as Michael the Archangel smote Satan down to Hades with his flaming sword.

Rimfire cartridges by design are less reliable than center fire. Shooting statistics arenโ€™t great due to the many many different variables to shootings, but they do show that .22 lr and other small calibers are 4x the chance versus 9mm and other duty calibers to fail to incapacitate the attacker no matter how many shots are fired.

The Ruger โ€œtacticalโ€ is named tactical for its threaded barrel and rail for a light. Itโ€™s not meant for tactical self defense use.

long story, but the general nature of 4chan of being contrarian found itself loving the 92 after the MHS trials after it was removed from service. It was
>cheap new or used
>very plentiful used
>not a bad pistol at all unlike it's military service reputation caused by bad third party magazines and parts + improper maintenance
>parts to tune it up are good and cheap

Langdon Tactical started releasing parts for it, the trigger job in a bag for it is cheaper than the CZ (the former contrarian pistol) and superior since Berettas don't have that weird wall in the trigger like CZs do. The short reset trigger bar for the Beretta is on par or better than most other resets on the market (2-3mm depending on gun), the TJIAB gets you a 6 pound DA pull with a 3 pound SA pull or better. Just the trigger bar and hammer spring gets you close but not as smooth.

The 92 isn't that great of a carry gun. Beretta in the early 2000s released another pistol called the PX4 Storm. It was their attempt to out do the 92. The pistol wasn't well received due to people liking the metal 92 more but they kept making them for 20 years since it really is the better gun. The PX4 compact is perhaps the best DA/SA compact pistol on the market in my opinion. James Reeves, TFB, push that pistol hard because it truly is a good gun. I have not tried the CZ's new compacts but I see no point in trying them when they have that CZ DA pull.

The presence of me and a few other anons who will answer any question about 92s/PX4s also helps. There isn't alot of CZ posters so anons who ask questions about CZs get few responses will people who ask about Berettas get alot. There were like 6 or 7 anons with LTT'd 92s in 2022-2024 that were very active.

It's made of all steel and heavy. It's cheap comparatively to other all steel competition guns. The aftermarket and culture for it is there. The 92 is aluminum and Beretta did not really try to cultivate a shooting sports market. Didn't stop Ben Stoeger from winning production nationals with a 92 many years ago. Berettas for a long time did not have a mainline steel model, only a few rare models.

CZ being a smaller company than Beretta really pushed for competitive shooters to use their guns, they were priced very aggressively, I remember when CZ-75s were like 300 bucks new while Berettas were like 400. Beretta at the time didn't really care for the civilian sports market other than hunting and clay/skeet.

It's called a "bussey" or "boy pussy". Contrary to popular belief, the bussey is very different from an anus. While the anus is used to eliminate waste, the bussey is a pleasure organ. It's self lubricating and emits a pleasant scent to entice potential suitors, like fresh flowers or warm cookies. But be careful, if the sissyslut is boivulating, she can get fagpreggers, so practice safe sex or you may need to get a boibortion.

I haven't bought any of their products, I do want to try their flat face trigger versus the Beretta one (the Beretta one has a nub to disable DA to make the pistol SAO, if you grind it off it allows for DA/SA). I heard the backstory of their flat trigger and it was that some guy designed it himself, asked various machine shops if they could make it, Volker Precision declined to make it, and then several months later come out with the flat trigger the guy designed. Burt told that story, don't know where he got that info but it soured my opinion of them.

Pic related is the Beretta flat trigger I modified, it only took 2 seconds with an angle grinder. I did one earlier and it was like 20-30 mins with a dremel but that was a cheap battery powered one. Perhaps a good file would have been faster.

They also tried to make a RDO slide but then probably ran into patents that Langdon Tactical has.

they're kydex, looking at them they are single screw which prevents you from using DCC clips and wingclaws

they're mid but not the worst thing you could be using

There's also smoke lingering after the final round so the barrel has evidently been subjected to a greater amount of heat

Absolute jackassery from a Beretta lover, who'd have known? So, here's why you're wrong:

>civil war plays into leftist hands
The war drums are being sounded by the right. Also, the left will probably lose the war. Not that anyone really wins in war.

>neo colonization
All you're doing is projecting your faction's evils onto the opposite faction. You're also the one claiming the left doesn't count as American

A grain of salt is reasonable because it's thirdhand at this point, but I was in a discord, got to talking with some gun guys. One had the idea for a flat faced trigger for his 92 because there weren't any on the market. He drew it up, shared pic related with me discord, filed one into shape himself to make sure the dimensions worked, then tried to shop out production. Volker was one of the handful of shops he contacted, and a few months after he shared pic related Volker announced their trigger. Buddy was pissed

Tisas 1911's are relatively inexpensive but still very much Philippine manufactured. Incidentally, the first ever pistol I owned was one too but under the Khar Arms brand and something like $800. One of the factory magazines was fucked and the extractor slapped me with brass over and over. Wasn't the only "replica" from their subsidiary [Auto Ordnance] that I used: one of the guys from work I went shooting with had a Thompson. It ran much better, but the cuck barrel length and lack of select fire resulted in the experience underwhelming. World War II weapons lost all veneer for me after that

>I'm an illegal
Sorry it offends your bootlicking philosophy just because I don't have a permission slip from your precious Federalรฉs. Besides, according to you, someone's citizenship can become null and void just for choosing the wrong political views. You use "illegal migrant" the same way you use "noguns": someone who you dislike but cannot prove wrong. You're an absolute clown, and you don't even want to see the difference between an actual illegal and your political opponents.

>domestic Democrats are citizens, but I'm not
Let's assume it wasn't you who said itt that radical leftists don't qualify as citizens. I'll ask you whether you like the idea of being able to travel the world and/or move to other countries. If you start sperging out this hard on foreigners, they'll close their countries to the USA. You'll be locked within the borders of your own shithole.

>since you don't travel anywhere you can't bring your gun, you wouldn't notice or care if no one wants an American visiting or moving to their nation
That's your problem, you think everyone should live like you. The core issue is that your existence is miserable. Don't forget, one illegal migrant who lives off gibs and pays no taxes is still worth more than two /k/ommando retards. Your incel mass shooter ass is worth very little to your country. Seriously, what do you provide to the community around you? I donate blood. I feed the poor. You don't do shit.

Bulldog is a great gun for outdoors just because it's not a big deal if it gets lost, rusted, or otherwise damaged. It will shoot perfectly fine in any condition, and it's quite inexpensive to replace. But realistically speaking, you can bring whatever you want. You're not gonna actually need your gun out there, Twink. You know, you're way likelier to need your gun innawoods if you get lost and need to shoot squirrels and rabbits to eat. That's why the real best forest gun is a 22, unless you're somewhere very far up north where the primary food source is like, reindeer.

That doesn't change the fact that a very large part of this country, such as Florida, used to be under Spanish or Mexican (aka Spanish colonial) control. If anything, Spain and all those descending from Spain probably have a better claim to USA than the British do.

>>63950737
>you fear damaging your guns from dryfire
I bet you don't read your gun's owner manual. I always RTFM before using a tool or a gun. Bulldog manual specifically says that it's safe to dryfire. Same thing with Ruger SP/GP series. Once again, just confirm with your manual. And even if the manual doesn't explicitly say you can dry fire, it's usually safe to assume you can. Almost all guns can be safely dryfired. Besides, worst case scenario, you'll have a fun repair project. It's not like you'll be losing your only handgun to damage. I feel like you, as well as others ITT, are way too worried about your weapons breaking. Weapons are supposed to break, so just accept the inevitability. Everything eventually breaks from use, although a gun is generally a very durable thing.

Iโ€™m thinking since she handles the bulldog so well I should either get her an under cover in 38 or a pitbull in 9, either with rubber grips and running the lightest loads around (still enough to leave a burglar screaming on the floor)

They donโ€™t. They opened up Texas to Anglos because Indians lived there and raided into Mexico proper, the government hoped they would go after Whites instead (they did, for the most part). Tejas rebelled, eventually, and won. The president of Mexico signed off border changes. The US eventually won a war, forcing Mexico to agree to those border changes.

Mexico has zero claim to lands above the Rio Grande, as they lost those claims in war and never settled that far north due to Indian raids. If anything the argument could be had that natives have claim to that land, but La Raza Retards donโ€™t give a shit about Indians who are above 5.5โ€ and lighter than mud.

lol now there's a textbook example for how retarded "semiautomatic" is to describe pistols that were historically designed 'automatic' because the concept of a "half automation" with a gun is nonsensical. In fact, the terminology is borrowed from 'semiautomatic transmission" because Boomers love appropriating automotive terminology for unrelated shit. Other examples being backpressure, direct injection [direct impingement], short stroke piston, et cetera.

Yeah I'll have to see how it all shakes out, may have to push the timetable back until like late july/early august when I'm back in that area depending how long it takes me to pack up my shit and clean up the place ive been staying here in Minnesota but that's the goal. We could do Luca pizza or Cabalar or something and then shoot, although I don't know any good ranges in that area honestly since I would just shoot at my buddies range if I wanted to shoot.

Lmao, not even their own bosses care enough about those golems. They can't even be outfitted with a decent weapon! If that's not an L, idk what is.

>ICE gets attacked
Better than white incels randomly shooting up schools and shopping malls.

Cabalar is pretty good. Route 66 in the north part of the city has incredible burgers. Shyda's in Lebanon is a bit of a drive but also one of the best gun stores you ever been to. I lurk here everyday so I'll be around

I enjoy my Glock 19 Gen 5 trigger. It ain't some pdp match 2011 johnnyrocks job, but I shoot good with it. Also my bodyguard 2.0 is surprisingly good for such a small gun, I don't foresee an aftermarket trigger market for it but I would never, it's just fine.

you're either lying or a retard. if you actually limp wrist it will jam 100% of the time.

https://www. youtube. com/watch?v=FniQyjhLa60

also just as anecdotal evidence, i have a glock 34 that i have a couple thousand rounds through that has never had single malfunction while i was shooting it. I took someone shooting for the first time and it jammed at least once per magazine when they shot it
