Honestly, I don't think russia can even compare. I mean, pidorussians can and do act typically brutish and subhuman, but chinese take it to a whole 'nother level, specifically going out of their way to act inhuman, or anti-human.
Both cultures went through the trauma, breakdown of traditional culture and moral values, and authoritarian regimes, but chinks did and went through a lot worse. Not just starvation of holodomor but active setting neighbors and family members against each other in speaking bitterness and struggle sessions, mass cannibalism, denouncement, rape, etc. they actively rewarded and evolutionarily selected selfish self interest, viciousness to weakness, and loyalty to the CPC
It's why you can have a chink judge on the Peng You case have no problem with the logic of: "no one would help a person unless they felt guilty." and then set the precedent and jurisprudence of an entire legal system that actively targets and punishes good samaritans, leading to situations like the drowning kid or the chink drivers double-tapping pedestrians they clip.
