i would see you and likely assume you are trans, im sorry. i believe its almost entirely style, its just somewhat garish. a much smaller portion of it is face shape, you could benefit from brow reduction if ffs is a consideration

only real issue i see is some upper lip shadow. i suffer from the same thing. if its melasma and not hair, ive heard acetic acid can help, though i havent tried it myself yet
