i can't change my sex. Maybe 30y down the line AI makes some supervirus that can change the DNA in me. But I can change my *gender* which in my definition is what people perceive and treat me as. I want to be treated as a woman, so I take hrt to align myself to what society expects and thinks a woman is. And it seems to work, my bfs friends and their dads thought I was a pretty girl when they first saw me. It is because MOST people do not differentiate between gender and sex becasue our social construct of gender "woman" includes the incline of female sex, so to be at least somewhat socially accepted they have to transition completly or not at all.

You do not understand the definition of "social construct".
"Social construct" refers to the origin of a concept. Namely, that it's created and animated by social consensus.
The "social construct" can absolutely be referring to the physical world! "Fat" is a social construct. What an American considers "fat" is very different than what a European considers "fat", but fat is a belief that hinges on people's physical characters. "Race" is also a social construct. It's definitely based on physical characteristics, but the categories of "race" and especially how they are defined at the edges (where does a mixed-race person fall into one category or the other?) is absolutely socially constructed.
Another thing is that "social construct" is supposed to be in contrast to "natural kinds", except post-modern epistemology tends to dispute that "natural kinds" actually exist. Now that we understand much more about human language and its evolution, we've discarded older strains of thought that presuppose language is framed on some biological foundational concepts (e.g. I read an old paper in university that seriously tried to argue certain syllables had inherent and universal protosemantic meanings like "hiss", rofl). So these days it's vogue to consider EVERYTHING in language a social construct.
I definitely think "biological sex" is a social construct, because look at how we treat people on the edges of the "biological sexes", like intersex people? Tragically, we get very opinionated about these people that defy the categories.

Cause it helps with dysphoria. Gender is not even entirely social, only the definitions of gender identities ares. Even if you lived isolated from any form of society you would still have a gender, you just wouldn't have a gender identity since those are set by society.

Gender is not a social construct. A society's exact views are a social construct, yes. It's why there are two genders in Western culture (man, woman), four in Buddhist culture (man, woman, pandaka, hermaphrodite), many more in native culture (man, woman, two spirit, etc). In every culture, you'll notice, there are ideas of man and woman. Therefore, gender, as well as man and woman, must be some form of innate mental concept. You are born a certain gender, and if gender does not align with your sex, you either transition, never change, or die (or all three in that order, because estrogen doesn't fucking do anything). If gender was a "meaningless social construct" like many liberals, especially those upper class and white, claim today, then I wouldn't want to kill myself because I looked like a disgusting man. Gender is innate and natural. It is not a social construct. Gender does not justify hate or oppression towards either sex.

like when non-retards say that "race is a social construct" they're not saying gene frequencies don't differ between groups, they're saying that the exact place we draw the lines between groups is not uniquely picked out by underlying biological reality
the fact that in america, a man with one black grandparent is considered black, while in brazil he's considered white, is an example. there's no fact of the matter about whether he's "objectively" black or white, different cultures draw the line in different ways.
i think gender is importantly different from race in a bunch of ways that make it not actually work like this. most importantly, i think we can adopt a definition of gender based on what a person becomes in the limit of increasing ability to self-modify that's not at all dependent on how society views them. that's a digression from the point about how social constructs in general work, though.
