It's happened a decent amount of times to me, guys hitting on me hardcore that had no idea. I've danced with a good deal of guys at clubs (not gay bars or anything) and made out with them and was getting told how pretty I was and getting drinks bought for me and getting asked for my number and everything. I usually end up getting nervous to disclose and I never reply to them. Couple dudes I told were totally fine with it but some were like I had no idea, no way.
