if you've already gone through male puberty injecting more testosterone won't do anything. all the effects ftms get are because they're going through male puberty for the first time. but as a cis man if you've already had your voice drop it's not gonna get any lower, and so on for everything else

the only benefit of additional testosterone is if you lift and the kind of test that ftms take isn't even really the best option as far as steroids go. if you don't lift you'll just get the negative effects like erectile dysfunction and gyno without any of the benefits

do not use t unless you need to use t. it is for trans guys, bodybuilders, and people who actually have low testosterone.
adding testosterone to your system can make you infertile and decrease your own body's production of t.
are you having issues with style? you mentioned hair, is there a reason you don't just cut it?
