Reform and Conservative Judaism are more than fine with gay/trans stuff, I even see Modern Orthodox jews that are able to be openly gay in their communities and still go to synagogue just fine.

I do think Buddhism is probably the most "correct" religion, I only have a very surface level understanding of it but it seems almost more like a philosophy like stoicism than a religion. I think you could strip out the praying towards the buddha/having statues of him and syncretize buddhist practice with like 99% of religions
