First you gotta stop using agp. You're not agp, you didnt have your realization until it was too late, and seemingly it still has been warped by internet pornography.
You do need estrogen. You need to be on it ASAP, monotherapy injections. You need to devote all time and effort towards unfucking everything. Turkey has cheap hair transplants, ffs can bring your hairline down and some insurances cover the latter. I worked full time for a year, paid 200 a month in premiums, waited on a waitlist, and then got ffs. I paid 600 and then 300 copay. Thats less than 6k for a 40k+ surgery, and even then i financed the last part so I can pay it off slowly with no apr.
You can unfuck your life but you have to accept that you should've done this long ago and thus your effort is gonna be way more than it should've been. But its not impossible. You won't be ugly as long as you put the work in, even the ugliest can become beautiful. Ive seen 40 year olds that were fat and balding lose weight and unfuck their hair, dress properly and after 3 years of hrt they have a decent enough body.

It's almost entirely sexual though. I don't have dysphoria. It's more of a titillation thing than an actual desire. Also, I have literally no money. I do need to unfuck my life, but that's about a one billion step process HRT or not. I've already talked to my therapist about a lot of this, but he doesn't ever press me on this stuff.

Get on a carnivore or lion diet, if you can't, try keto. That should solve most of your problems

If you take estrogen it will nuke your T so no more T can turn into icky DHT that will attack and choke out our hair. take 5AR inhibitor and min, nizoral, microneedle. Eat clean, absolutely no goyslop and only use cold water on your hair.

Do this and save your hair. Or don't, IDGAF

On E you typically don't need an 5AR inhibitor, provided you aren't dealing with improper T suppression or any backdoor pathway fuckery.

Stamp is better over roller. Yes it helps a lot. It does not bleed desu, I can see very very small red dots with blood after doing it but they do not drip and I can only see them under strong light. No one else will notice and it heals by next day. Takes only 5 min.

Make sure to sanatize equipment. If you have money get an eletric microneedle device, they are the best of the best. I'd just start off with a stamp.

Apply min or keto to scalp after micorneedle to increase absorvtion and going sysmetic.
