You do need estrogen. You need to be on it ASAP, monotherapy injections. You need to devote all time and effort towards unfucking everything. Turkey has cheap hair transplants, ffs can bring your hairline down and some insurances cover the latter. I worked full time for a year, paid 200 a month in premiums, waited on a waitlist, and then got ffs. I paid 600 and then 300 copay. Thats less than 6k for a 40k+ surgery, and even then i financed the last part so I can pay it off slowly with no apr.
You can unfuck your life but you have to accept that you should've done this long ago and thus your effort is gonna be way more than it should've been. But its not impossible. You won't be ugly as long as you put the work in, even the ugliest can become beautiful. Ive seen 40 year olds that were fat and balding lose weight and unfuck their hair, dress properly and after 3 years of hrt they have a decent enough body.
