Do other mtfs still have way more fucking arm muscle than 99% of cis women despite years of hrt, never working out, and starving themselves? Just me?

that depends entirely on if you used to workout before E, i've arm-wrestled both cis women and trannies for fun and there wasn't any difference

cope and seethe, all of what i said is true but then again my view might be skewed by the fact i'm a tall burly man so a woman and a failed male will feel the same to me regardless

Yes, but I'm naturally athletic, so I looked like I worked out a bit even before I started working out as a cis dude.
I lost pretty much all of my muscle mass when I trooned out, I went from nearly 120kg/264lbs to 65kg/143lbs, but my arms were particularly stubborn, I started working out again, but I don't train my arms. I still have 33cm/13" arms (relaxed), they're small by male standards, but they're pretty massive by female standards. I'm 187cm/~6'2. I actually stood next to cis women of my height in my gym, and their arms are as big as mine, but they train them a lot, lol.

Wait, I cut from 82kg to 71kg before starting hrt at 180cm. Should I have cut more aggressively? I am still quite wide at the arms, gut and back. But I'm already 3 weeks into hrt and I want to get more subcutaneous fat at the hips...

You're only 3 weeks in, you won't start getting any meaningful fat redistribution until like 6mo in, it takes a few months for your body to adapt to being on E, you don't want to start gaining too early because our bodies tend to deposit fat to already existing fat deposits, in your case it'll go straight to the gut, so for now focus on losing unwanted shit.

I'm trying to do recomp instead of cutting to get a more feminine silhouette. Since I think it's more maintainable and fun, but I'm not sure if it will work the best?
