A homeless person has every avenue possible to improve their lives, but they don't. And if they're gonna be shit to me, I'll laugh at their continued self-inflicted failure.

If someone stays homeless for more than a year then they deserve it.
Time accumulates the dysgenics on the streets. Good people manage to escape homelessness, while the vermin stick around. It's a waste of time and money to help those people, just kill them all

There are programs to get out of homelessness the second you are homeless. There are shelters, job programs, hygiene programs, affordable living programs, career grants, facility access programs, mental health reach-outs. Anyone who is homeless for an extended time has nobody to blame but themselves.
