I used to stick to like 1000 cal, honestly that if I could figure out how to starve off hunger better or something I'd be fine but I end up caving- gum sometimes helps

Greek Yoghurt (100ml)
Spoonful of smooth peanut butter
Strawberries or a banana
It's about 300 cal so I can get a third of my intake in the morning, have a light lunch like a slice of chicken or a banana and then eat an okay amount for dinner so that nobody looks at me weird

But yeah tea isn't a great fix for your appetite but reaching for tea when you get the urge to eat will stave off binging and if you can do that up until your next meal time you'll be fine

I usually eat something small in the morning and then a huge dinner, I could potentially fast until dinner but then it's harder not to eat a lot. I like the idea of a smoothie like that tho for a meal or in the morning

I run every other day via a treadmill in my room (picrel), currently I can last about 1.5-2 miles with a combination of running and walking when I can't run anymore, but it doesn't burn a lot of calories rn until I can build up more stamina to go longer. I want to get a pair of adjustable weights so I can do more than cardio but rn money is tight

i'm about to get on pioglitazone to bulk, but if you're cutting it gets rid of tummy fat and keeps the hips and thighs thick, maybe it'll even make them thicker

best way is rlly just to stop eating. i was a normal weight a few years ago and wanted to b smaller, it was hard at first but i just kept telling myself that no matter how i feel its ultimately a conscious choice whether i put food in my mouth or not. dropped 70 pounds and now its really easy to stay there and almost impossible for me to eat enough to gain anything, ive tried. black coffee ans cigarettes if you smoke can help with hunger as well!

but if you wanna lose weight anamoding doesn't work in the long term, you WILL gain it back and attain all sorts of long-term health problems from starving yourself

figure out your body's required daily calories (https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/weight-loss/in-depth/calorie-calculator/itt-20402304), eat about 500-700 under that daily, and cut unhealthy fats and sugars out of your diet to actually keep the weight off

Because an hour of vigorous exercise, which takes months of hard work to even build up the stamina for, burns like 500 calories. That progress can be annihilated in an extra half portion of dinner, and then you're back to square one.
Exercise has a ton of benefits for body composition and health, but suggesting it for weight loss is incredibly stupid.

Yeah, me too. I put up like 3-4kg and now I feel disgusting so I'm going back to my old weight, yesterday I fasted for all day and today I'm at 1000kcal at most.
