As someone currently in the process of FFS-coping and looking at tons of different surgeons, I'm getting this growing sense of dread. For the vast majority of these women, they already passed pre-FFS, and often look completely identical post-FFS. Like, maybe a different nose and that's it. Mardirossian, for example, is seen as the best of all FFS surgeons, yet I've only ever encountered one example of significant improvement from him. The same goes true for pretty much all FFS surgeons, it seems like they just don't try on the majority of their patients, and then occasionally ordain one hon with the gift of gigapassing.

its a paradox because surgeons dont try that hard if you dont have the ability to pass because your starting material was that bad
but if your starting material wasnt that bad you might not even be seeking them out for surgery

yeah no FFS is incredibly subtle which is why srs just makes so much more sense as the first surgery. Cheaper and radically changes you.
