As someone currently in the process of FFS-coping and looking at tons of different surgeons, I'm getting this growing sense of dread. For the vast majority of these women, they already passed pre-FFS, and often look completely identical post-FFS. Like, maybe a different nose and that's it. Mardirossian, for example, is seen as the best of all FFS surgeons, yet I've only ever encountered one example of significant improvement from him. The same goes true for pretty much all FFS surgeons, it seems like they just don't try on the majority of their patients, and then occasionally ordain one hon with the gift of gigapassing.
