i disagree i think weight lifting is under appreciated for mtf transition. you just have to be aware of what you want and what you're doing. like sure gaining a ton of upper body mass is probably not wise for many trannies. but muscle is what fat sits on, it supports fat. if you are redistributing fat, then having good muscle structure just means you'll get more out of that. toned pecs means better shaped boobs for example. and obviously gaining lower body mass helps figure. its quite hard to accidentally get big so weight training like a normal person instead of a gym bro is just a good thing to do i think. plus more muscle means you have a higher resting calorie need, and so it even helps with weight loss
