Well you have to understand that not everyone is like that and people acting poorly while you're outside can easily happen to anyone of any gender race etc. The ideal is not coping too much about it and fully accepting what can happen and building up some sort of plan for it, like carrying pepper spray, going outside with people, learning self defense etc.
I just stopped going outside alone after having enough guys awkwardly say things to me 2bh. Women aren't safe outside if alone imo. At least guys naturally have some form of strength.
