this image would be like 100% better if they didn't have a face full of stubble. I get having strong facial hair but this is clearly a photo they posed for and they would have had all the time in the world to shave and look nice for the camera beforehand

the haircut is also questionable and the obvious fucked up hairline is only made more obvious by keeping it nearly buzzed. and despit having what look like boobs their face does not look like somebody who's been on a proper amount of hrt for long enough to have gotten boobs like that, so they're clearly fake\
