Sure, as long as what you do with your body has no implications for anyone else. Remove all state sponsored funding for transgender medical, psychiatric and research programs. Remove special access for transgender people to public places like women's bathrooms. Accept that normal people do not have tolerate you and your lifestyle or self-concept. Remove any exemption for obligations to the state that are applicable to everyone else. Stop trying to convert children under the age of majority to your lifestyle. Then I agree, you should be able to do what your body.

a trans child committing suicide when denied care is a preventable death
parental abuse that causes the preventable death of children is grounds to lose custody

in an ideal world the parents dont choose gambling with their child's life and dont lose custody

puberty blockers dont even begin a transition, they delay puberty until adulthood as a compromise with the "but what about infertility" and "a child cant consent" arguments spouted by the right wing
there is no significant evidence that exists to show that puberty blockers are the cause of infertility because the sample size of detransitioners who have been on blockers is too small to be accurately measured in any way you can call scientific
ironically this proves that the "what about regret" argument is entirely false, there is no whataboutism to measure there, it's never happened in greater numbers than the suicide rate if care is not given

live detransitioners are less valuable than saving the lives of suicidal trans kids, simple as
